Haven Stays exists because good apartments in Nigeria are common and good stays are not. We own and manage every property we publish, so there is always one team answerable for your experience.
What we do
We operate a growing collection of serviced apartments in Lagos and Abuja — some our own, others owned by clients who have placed their properties into our management.
Guests book directly with us. Owners work with one company that prepares, markets and runs their property to a single standard, and reports on it every month.
We are deliberately not a marketplace. Nobody lists a property here independently: every apartment is inspected, prepared and published by Haven Stays.
