Our team inspects the apartment, reviews the location and gives you an honest view of demand, positioning and realistic earnings.

We prepare and position it
Furnishing gaps, linen, repairs, power backup, internet and a professional photography session — everything needed to meet the Haven Stays standard.

We market and manage it
Your property is published under the Haven Stays brand and we handle marketing, bookings, guest screening, check-ins, cleaning and maintenance.

You receive your share of the revenue
Every month you receive a statement showing occupancy, gross revenue, management fees, expenses and your net earnings — then your payout.
